What You Will Need:
- Active Registration as a Home Care Aide (HCA) in California
- A valid ID or Driver’s License
- Valid references
- Current negative TB test results

- Caregivers with past experience and valid references
- Kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate
- People who are truly dedicated to making a positive impact
- Reliable and always on time
- Good listener and clear communicator
- Respectful of clients’ dignity and privacy
- Able to follow care plans and instructions
- Comfortable helping with daily tasks (bathing, dressing, meals, walking)
- Observant and notices changes in a client’s condition
- Willing to learn and accept feedback
- Works well with families and as part of a team
